  3. Before printing, click on the "Preview" button located at the bottom of the label screen.  A screen with the labels you have entered will appear.  How they appear in the preview screen is exactly how they will print.

  5. Click "Cancel" to return to the label screen.
  6.  
  7. Note:  The "Preview" button only applies if you are using a LaserWriter.
